We collect and process User Content in order to provide the features of the App, including organizing your materials and generating quizzes, flashcards, transcripts, summaries, or other study-related content.

• Study materials you create or access;
• Quiz and flashcard activity;
• Preferences and settings;

3. Artificial Intelligence and User Content

Some features of Qorevia Study Organizer use artificial intelligence and third-party AI services to process User Content.

For example, you may submit notes or images of notes and the App may process that information to generate flashcards, quizzes, summaries, transcripts, or other study-related content.

When you use these features, your submitted information may be transmitted to third-party technology providers that process information on our behalf.

We use reasonable measures designed to ensure that third-party providers process information in accordance with our instructions and applicable agreements.

Qorevia Study Organizer uses AI-powered features (transcription, note generation, quizzes, flashcards, and the study chatbot). These features are powered by the following third-party AI models, accessed through the Base44 platform:

• OpenAI — GPT-5 series models (including GPT-5 Mini and GPT-5 variants)
• Google — Gemini models (Gemini 3 Flash, Gemini 3.1 Pro)
• Anthropic — Claude models (Claude Sonnet 4, Claude Opus 4 series, Claude Sonnet 5)
• OpenAI Whisper — for audio transcription
• Automatic (default) — when no specific model is selected, the Base44 platform selects an appropriate model on our behalf

When you upload a lecture (audio, file, or text), your content is sent to these providers to generate your transcript, notes, quiz, and flashcards. Processing is governed by each provider's respective privacy and data handling policies:

Google web search may be used for chat answers that reference up-to-date information, powered by Gemini models with internet access enabled.

We do not control how these providers store or use the data they process; please review their policies for details. Your account data, lectures, and study materials are stored within your Qorevia Study Organizer account on the Base44 platform.

We do not use your User Content for purposes unrelated to providing, maintaining, securing, or improving the Service except as described in this Privacy Policy or otherwise disclosed to you.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with the following categories of recipients.

A. Service Providers

We may share information with third-party companies that provide services on our behalf, such as:

• Cloud hosting providers;
• Database providers;
• AI providers;
• Authentication providers;

How Your Information Is Used and Shared

Your data is only processed to provide the Qorevia Study Organizer services you requested. Specifically:

• AI Processing: When you upload a lecture or paste text, that content is sent to our AI service providers (OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic) solely to generate your transcript, notes, quiz, and flashcards. These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to handle your data in line with their respective privacy policies.
• Payments: Subscription and billing information is processed by Stripe to handle payments securely. We do not store your full card details — those are handled directly by Stripe.
• Account and Storage: Your account details and the content you create (lectures, notes, quizzes, flashcards, and quiz results) are stored securely on the Base44 platform, which hosts and powers Qorevia Study Organizer.

Service Providers Who Handle Your Data

We only share your information with the following trusted third-party service providers to operate Qorevia Study Organizer:

• Base44 (platform hosting and database)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• OpenAI (AI generation and transcription)
• Google (AI generation and optional web search)

6. User Content and Privacy

You should carefully consider what information you upload to Qorevia Study Organizer.

You should not upload sensitive personal information, confidential information belonging to another person, or other information that you do not have permission to submit.

For example, if you upload a photograph of handwritten notes, a lecture recording, a textbook page, or another document, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and upload that material.

We retain personal information and User Content for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Go to settings located in the top left of the app/ website, there will be a spot that says Danger Zone and under it it should say Delete account, Permanently remove your account and data.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize information associated with your account where required by applicable law and subject to legitimate retention requirements.

Information may remain temporarily in backup systems before being permanently deleted in accordance with our normal backup procedures.

11. Children's Privacy

Qorevia Study Organizer is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.

When you see or click one of our ads on Meta, Meta's own technologies and policies apply to your interaction with that ad — those are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and Terms, not Qorevia Study Organizer. Qorevia Study Organizer does not receive personally identifiable tracking data from Meta about you simply because you viewed or clicked an ad.

The only software library embedded in the app is the Base44 SDK, which connects Qorevia Study Organizer to its own hosting and database provider (Base44) to deliver the core service.

16. Analytics

We may use third-party analytics services to understand how users interact with Qorevia Study Organizer and to identify technical problems or opportunities to improve the Service.

Analytics providers may collect information such as device information, App interactions, and diagnostic information.

Qorevia Study Organizer uses the Meta Pixel only to measure the effectiveness of its own advertising (not to sell data, not to build ad profiles for resale).

The Pixel is governed by Meta's privacy policy for the data it collects on Meta's behalf.

Your core study data (lecture content, notes, quizzes) is never sent to the Pixel — only generic conversion signals (e.g., "registration completed", "subscription started"), no lecture content.

17. Advertising

We may introduce advertising or other promotional features in the future. If we do, we may update this Privacy Policy to explain the types of advertising technologies and third-party advertising providers used, the information they may collect, how that information is used, and any choices or controls available to you, as required by applicable law.

We also may advertise Qorevia Study Organizer on third-party platforms, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Those platforms may collect information about your interactions with advertisements in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

Qorevia Study Organizer does not sell your personal information for money.
